Highlights

  • 16 L — 30 kW, up to 3 outlets at once
  • 20 L — 37 kW, up to 4 outlets at once
  • Temperature control from 35 to 65°C
  • Automatic ignition and overheat protection

An instant heater warms water the moment it passes through — no tank, no waiting, and no energy wasted keeping stored water hot. It suits apartments and homes that want immediate hot water with measured running costs. Aurora sizes the right output and installs it.

Why an instant heater

  • Hot water in seconds, with no wait
  • No standby heat loss as with tank heaters
  • Less space — no tank taking up room
  • Lower running cost when use is intermittent rather than constant

When to take 16 L or 20 L

The difference is how many outlets run at the same time. The 16 L model at 30 kW covers up to 3 outlets at once; the 20 L at 37 kW covers up to 4. If several bathrooms are used together, the larger one is the right call.

Approved specification

  • 16 L model — 30 kW output, up to 3 simultaneous outlets
  • 20 L model — 37 kW output, up to 4 simultaneous outlets
  • Temperature control from 35 to 65°C
  • Operating pressure from 0.1 to 10 bar
  • Automatic ignition and overheat protection

FAQ

Should I take the 16 L or the 20 L?

The difference is how many outlets you can run at once. The 16 L model (30 kW) covers up to 3 points; the 20 L (37 kW) covers up to 4. If several bathrooms are used at the same time, take the larger one.

How is it different from a tank heater?

An instant heater warms water as it passes through, so there is no tank, no waiting and no standby heat loss. Its limit is the number of simultaneous outlets — which is why we size the capacity to your actual usage during the inspection.

Is an instant gas heater safe?

Yes, with correct installation and proper ventilation. The models we supply have automatic ignition and overheat protection, and Aurora installs to spec and follows up after the sale — bad installation is the source of problems, not the unit.
